Well said, thank you.No doubt, this will go back a forth- yet hopefully one or more companies will have- come to the conclusion that fighting VP is pretty senseless. The cat could come out of the bag with earnings the last week of December.

Well, what industry did that jury award the “largest infringement” ever? That was also seven years ago.

Remember there’re fifty or so, other infringers, plus with the validation of the ex parte reexamination, this enhances the validity and value of the overall patent portfolio. Plus, the remaining ‘815/‘005 RBR claims. The damages and or value of all the patents, is ridiculous. IMHO

If we were talking just one infringer, then the so called acquisition value wouldn’t be much.

IMHO, as mentioned, this goes the way ParkerVision, VinetX and Netlist. Nobody has bought them out, yet.
