I can understand why fudders here are all lovesick over that scenario, but if one knows just a little bit of LP's character - and I don't mean the make believe Enron stuff, that idiots have devised - then that is what it is.

I’ll admit that this is a concern when you are kept in the dark but two things, maybe 3, stand out strongly against this and they are her share count in a company with massive platform technology upside, fiduciary duty and legacy as a patient advocate.
As stated by others Linda gains biggest by NWBO share price. The sheer number of shares she has or has control over dictate that millions (CDMOs) vs billions (NWBO) of dollars is the likely comparison which makes it really no comparison.
Her fiduciary duty gets her and the board in deep (jail time) trouble if she creates a structure that unfairly creates an unjustifiable advantage for herself or other insiders over other investors. Those who want her to fail would have attempted from this angle already if there was anything to prove. They can claim stuff all they want but they are not willing to back their claims so what does that tell you? No leg to stand in?; ).
Linda Powers is building a legacy based on being a supremely focused, goal oriented, personal experience driven, patient focused, tech entrepreneur investor advocate who hired one of many surviving DCVax patients and the daughter of another as an NWBO reps. She did this before DCVax-L hits the big time so that they will be there as proof of what NWBO has always been about. Unlike many of the fudsters on this board, Linda Powers actually has a reputation to uphold of being a goal oriented winner in spite of heavy opposition, even by them ; ). Best wishes.
