so are you saying NWBO is giving away treatments for free and are simply requiring proof of social media fund raisers but not actually charging anything? This was a terrible answer but hey I will give you E for effort

3) further, there are regulatory issues concerned for them, so they may need to take steps with regard to such revenues as well that we may have no idea about and so those numbers may not yet be recognized as revenue for some local regulatory reason.

So there is an unwritten max revenue that can be recorded. If they handled 10 cases or 200 cases they are limited to the $ figure they can report. Now this regulation isn't recorded anywhere it is simply a well known secret. Hmmmm makes complete sense thank you for sharing this in depth insight.
