It’s not an approved product yet and the cost is out of pocket. Further they are engaged in regulatory validation of new systems and it is very likely you can’t charge even patients accepted with that circumstance. To say there is no “reasonable” explanation is total nonsense. It is not the case generally that companies earn revenues before they are approved, so to make that a suggestion of something negative when we know they have been approved to provide on that basis and have enthusiastic doctors ready to prescribe, is just distraction… look, look over there!
The reality is, when this is approved it is very clear that the DCVax-L clinical trial will establish the new standard of care. Some doctors may resist, that is their choice. Their patients will likely walk if it’s not too late for them when they realize their doctor is a greedy, stubborn SOB and dinosaur.
