Welp...there's my answer. 8-k filed right as market opened announcing delisting!

What a clown show .... 8K just filed at 9:29 saying they were notified on Nov 22nd that NASDAQ was going to delist.

The pumps on Stocktwits taking it on the chin to add to growing list of bagholders. The mgmt of this company never ... ever .... ceases to amaze me. One train wreck after another. That said ..... dunno what being listed on NASDAQ does for this company at this point.
