$SNNC these acquisitions need to be consolidated at year end I bet that's the hold up. Just give us a hint of the current revenue run rate.

The annual report is coming out in the next days (in the past just short time after notification of late filing). If it shows already revenue this goes uppppp. If not yet, we stay where we are and still good. Its a win/win!
