S.o. is not finished loading low and paints it down with a few bucks all the time to fetch some discounted shares. I am hopeful past the summer it appreciates nicely - lets not forget there is no pump, just silent work, by the CEO who had a career as an attorney (litigation, patents, etc) in NY since 1998.

Quarterly report out confirming OS has not changed in 7 months :). No wonder folks are trying to move it up with pps high of 0.05 in the last year. The OTC sentiment in general is shitty these days but good chance in the fall and as always around elections the markets will pick up.

Already 5 times the 10day average daily volume traded...in just 30 minutes...lets see it now :)...all on a small preserved float and revenues posted on the next financials (mostly through NOHO sales)
Hysterical, how at blank bottom and perfect entry pps some folks paint it down with 100 or 1000 shares just in the hope that they get a lot more below a penny before volume hits again. Biz concept is promising. When the crypto market slumps once past its peak then the OTC will see bigger entries once again

As Senior Director of New Product Innovation for Wrigley, Mr. Kehoe coordinated the ideation and rapid prototype development of next generation products. In response to the overwhelmingly positive feedback received following the introduction of Sibannac's Campus Community to the public, the Company is pleased to provide an update on operations to new shareholders.
The Company is receiving significant communications from numerous firms seeking The Campus' interest in developing their brands for our spin off program. Only a select few will ultimately be chosen after due diligence and suitability for IPO on NASDAQ. Sibannac will act as the parent company and majority stakeholder in each IPO spin off. The Company will assist all targets with filing a S-1 Registration to complete an IPO. Sibannac, Inc. has entered into a global distribution agreement with alternative health and supplement maker Direct Global Supply (DGS) to place the NOHO After Shot with wholesalers and retailers.
The most recent batch of NOHO After Shot has successfully sold out. The Kavern
The Kavern is Sibannac's first retail Kava/Kratom bar and is located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The buildout is complete and the bar is being stocked with inventory. We have received approval for the retail signage and will be introducing the Kavern to our neighbors through a soft opening, to be announced shortly. Located near the heart of Scottsdale's bustling, Old Town district, the Kavern will offer Kava and Kratom beverages, tinctures and capsules. It will also offer pre-packaged goods, including hemp-derived - legally compliant - Delta-9 THC gummies and beverages, our flagship Hangover remedy NOHO, unregulated mood-altering mushroom varieties - like Amanita Muscaria - as well as a line of natural supplements.
