Some OTC stocks from overseas are not US SEC reporting, just OTC listed/traded in the US, and traded in the US, Canada and the UK/EU, etc, and they have massive businesses and values.

It is not SEC reporting.
IFUS is not currently SEC reporting. SEC reporting has just as many share printing scams as OTC, only worse and way bigger.
Nasdaq is full of them. SEC registration enables companies to raise massive cash, and to dump massive numbers of shares, in $$$$ amounts not allowed in OTC.
Many OTC stocks came from Nasdaq, after drowning shareholders to pay $500K salaries to see how fast they could go broke, in companies that had no revenue for ages.
