Little retail investors aren't stopping a thing. They just don't have the money to slow the diluting of the share price of a speculative stock. Hemp and cannabis companies are starting to rally and our turn will come. MJNA one of the first hemp stock along with some larger Hemp and Marijuana stocks have started to move and so will we when the time is right. Not investment advice JMHO
