Why is he giving them money every quarter when LVVV is not paying its debts?
Why is he giving them money when he is not paying property taxes?
How much interest are the "related parties" paying?
Is there a written agreement for these loans?
Are these loans collateralized?
What are the terms of these loans"
When will we be getting the money back?
Why are they, quarter after quarter, sucking up more of LVVV's profits and not making payments?
Why are we, at the least, not getting interest only payments?
What are these LLC and why is it not listed as wholly owned Estrella River farms LLC, Estrella Ranch Partners LLC?


If you can answer these to the satisfaction of shareholders things can change. I know Bill should, but he will not. This is actually perfect for a class action attorney to dig into.
