Too many conflicts of interest, and to be expected of doctors like that… the challenge in this field is it seems to be driven by payola…just like the old record industry, you had to pay to get played…. It’s not so much a big pharma issue as an issue of greed amongst a class of doctors.
These top doctors seem like they are basically rent seeking in their papers and opinions.
