Vote on what? The vote scheduled for tomorrow was for SAGA shareholders, and a judge has placed a temporary restraining order on having a vote. Enzolyitics, Inc. received the SAGA shares with voting rights that may have been distributed to current Enzolytics shareholders. According to today's PR a vote to extend the SPAC is not necessary since the deal was completed September 30th.
