The MTD should prevail based on the fact that the allegations of MM spoofing of NWBO stock did occur and the fact that the spoofing data can be recovered via data mining techniques and other methods. The spoofing topic has been addressed in prior postings to not only clarify spoofing, but that the data packet structures regarding spoofing events and timelines are recoverable as proof that spoofing did occur, IMPO.
We know the corruption and MM manipulation that has occurred for years even through spoofing was outlawed back in 2010.
We know that NWBO was the target of spoofing events to drive the stock negative by invoking "sell-cancel" orders via high-speed computer trading.
We know that the attack against NWBO has resulted in significant losses to its shareholders.
We know that NWBO has made significant progress proving that DCVax does in fact work and will save lives.
We know that the attack against NWBO has hindered progress with the overall timeline for approvals.
The complaint is real and justified not only in the eyes of the NWBO share holds but the people who have suffered from losses incurred by the MMs. Many of us have known family, friends, co-works, and others who have suffered from cancer and its effects. Praying for full discovery and prosecution for all who have attacked NWBO and for all who have lost so much based on these MM attacks.
The good news is that God knows the truth and the true shell set us free knowing that justice will be paid by those who have done the damage to NWBO, IMPO.
