I'm curious why you're drawing the line now and completely ignored the other 3+ times that he's done this with court filings for GVSI, SRNW, and WNFT.

It does seem deceitful, but I don't think you're going to get much in the way of consequences without filing a lawsuit or an investigation by some authority.
