On October 23, 2023, George Sharp, acting as CEO, swore under oath that $GVSI had "an acquisition of an asset of the company pending" in order to recieve an expedited hearing on $GVSI's Motion to Cancel Shares. The Motion was filed with the District Clerk of Clark County, Nevada and became a governmental record. A hearing was sceduled for November 9, 2023 at 9 am pursuant to the Motion's specific request.

Being that no objection was made by any opposing party to the Motion, State District Judge Susan Johnson GRANTED the Motion and VACATED the hearing on November 8, 2023. Judge Johnson relied on Sharp's sworn "material" Affidavit in granting the Motion.

On the morning of November 9, 2023, approximately one (1) hour before the stock market opened, Sharp tweeted, inter alia, that it will happen when it happens and went on a bizarre rant. Said tweet was in complete contradiction to his sworn Affidavit on October 23, 2023. Accordingly, the stock for $GVSI sold off and, to date, has never recovered. Sharp, at all times, knew that his tweet was likely to depress the stock price of $GVSI in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 78i (2).

"[P]ending" means thirty (30) days at most under the circumstances of this particular stock. Now the question presented is: Did George Sharp lie not only to State District Judge Susan Johnson on October 23, 2023, but did he lie to the thousands of shareholders of $GVSI as well when he made said sworn statement?

If after December 8, 2023, no acquisition of an asset of the company has been consummated, the answer to that question is simply, YES.

Aggravated perjury is a serious offense in the State of Nevada. If you believe George Sharp committed the crime of Aggravated Perjury on October 23, 2023 in that no asset to date has been acquired for $GVSI as Sharp previously swore to under penalty of perjury, then please contact the Felony Intake Division for the District Attorney's Office in Clark County, Nevada at (702)671-2500 and file a criminal complaint. Your complaint and name will be confidential during the investigative process.

Sharp has to be held accountable for his unlawful actions just like anyone else. This is very serious, Folks. No one should be subjected to any more harm by this classic sociopath. More importantly, Sharp appears to have violated the Law. We will know soon.
