The 94k is what they made in fees you idiot. The issue is them owning or shorting the stock and what profit was made from that. Let’s be honest. You know this and you are trying to ignore it hoping people read this and this you know what you are talking about. What’s wrong with you.

The MM's kept the NWBO stock depressed and damaged the company's ability to raise monies in the open market, obstructing operations and delaying time to market. How many patients have been denied access to this life-saving treatment owing to the relentless manipulation?

Focusing on the $94,000 is a distraction.

On to Discovery.

Legend431,

I don’t think the court is worried about how much the arsonist made. I think instead they might be concerned about the damage done. Best wishes.

when the best defense is "I only robbed $94k from you", you're in trouble

fyi - if you read the summary or the transcript itself you would realize that the issue of how much exactly Defendant's profited is a battle for the experts to decide and plaintiffs (nwbo) are claiming much more than 94k in value and that isn't even considering NWBO sold 200m+ shares at depressed prices. This isnt just how much the bad guys profited but how much nwbo was damaged as a result of the bad guys actions. We haven't even begun to talk about punitive damages. What sort of punitive damages will deter this type of future behavior by defendants that profit billions? Billions in punitives? Hundreds of millions? Obviously, the tens of millions in fines havent worked as a deterrent. That is what a jury will be deciding. Punitive damages could come in at a few multiples of any actual damages.

Anyways, I'm sure the hedge fund social media army loves the narratives your misleading posts are pushing. Keep up the good work my friend.
