IMO, if the TRO continues past the deadline and results in a loss to the defendant that it is served against and if in the event the plaintiff losses as a result of a likely trial or if the plaintiff withdraws after that date. The plaintiff will have to pay damages to the defendant. If this goes beyond the deal, while the deal might may be dead, the money that it would have resulted isn’t. Based on what I see my shares are safe.
