GVBT: now that GVBT has verified their company profile, and provided the company complies with RULE 15c2-11 (complete disclosures) the company can ask a Market Maker to submit a FORM 211 to FINRA to represent the stock.

However, as you already know, today FINRA has deleted the symbol for inactivity.
