Over 95% of the 114 FINRA symbol deletions today had already been deleted by FINRA throughout 2023, so I have no idea why FINRA reposted those symbol deletions. If you click on my name and yesterdays posts by me you'll see that only a few were new symbol deletions.

GVBT: now that GVBT has verified their company profile, and provided the company complies with RULE 15c2-11 (complete disclosures) the company can ask a Market Maker to submit a FORM 211 to FINRA to represent the stock.

However, as you already know, today FINRA has deleted the symbol for inactivity.
