They are reducing AS not OS and to start there will not be a rs. They arent even considering one and why would they. This will be moving into multiple pennies over next month so get your position while is super low

there was a PR over a month ago on otcmarkets.com (the go to place for a lot of info on OTC Stocks). I have no clue what "several news sources" you checked, but that statement was nowhere near true!!!!!!

Take a small loss now before the PPS goes higher and you lose a lot more (imo).
