I am a retail investor. And I am way up and hanging on. You can believe whatever you want, but spreading fud is going to get a response and rebuttal. If you think there is academic fraud, which is basically what you are alleging because the doctors who authored and signed the JAMA article are ultimately responsible, then be prepared for massive liability for defamation. It would be, for all practical purposes, a small class action suit.
