this guy has had long enough to release... bring the float down, why would it be so high... he is the one telling us it is 815million or so.... could it be he was in fact not on the mark with those numbers and if not why... this should not be the job of a publically traded company to hide facts to it's investors, it is his job to release any and all relative information to the public in a "timely" manner... soon is not soon enough in my opinion...
