I knew the word 'furlong.' In the US, I haven't heard it used. It is mostly a term used in the UK and Europe.

Except, in DCVax's race there is no competition - it is a "1-horse race".


Is the 1 horse still alive? This was LP talking about the NWBO race horse 12 years ago.

It takes more than a decade of time and usually hundreds of millions of dollars. We are more than a decade into this. So, we are now on the home stretch. We are down to the last eighteen to twenty-four months after more than a decade of work up till now.
