Tony, I think its common to hammer out a deal subject to approval of certain results. Lets face it no one else (from what I can tell) is close to getting this type of product approved (Chicken approvals) completed. Literally, we are a couple of weeks away from getting the results. Pick any big animal Pharma that deals with farm antibiotics and I bet they are watching from the sidelines. Forget what the stock price is today Payne needs to push big pharma into wanting to be the first to get in. Sure they will need additional cash to keep lights burning and I'm sure they are working on a plan BUT literally the results and accompanying deal should be right at our door steps
