Given Dave's response- I don't think we could be much help. I post on a board in another venue that I can only access with 1 of my 3 computers. The other 2 get 'access denied'. No one knows why. My login never changed, but one day it just didn't work. Their IT folks have done everything they they can think of and it will not change. Even if she forgot her password, her computer likely didn't if she saved her passwords. It's a file in Settings that is easy to access. I keep an excel spreadsheet of all mine in case of computer failure and I have to rebuild. It is, obviously a printed copy.
I asked Dave if he could let her use her "new" alias, though now she seems to be telling him she didn't make it up, or just let her change her alias. He seems to know it's really her; that's what he said to me...
Not long before she left IHub, she said she was "downsizing". She may have lost track of her logon info in the process. God knows I'm managed to lose track of a ton of passwords.
