Sure they could come in this week or next and say oh crap we're running late again our consultants decided to extend their vacations. What makes me think that will not happen this time is making that statement in the 10Q on the 9th . . . but we will see. One thing for sure Happy is NWBO has never ceased to surprise us over and over and over again.
