My recollection is that oral arguments are six weeks past defendants’ reply, so if you add another six weeks to that, the court will have had three months since the last formal written argument to make their decision by the end of 2023. To me, the court ( judge and staff) will get this mtd decision done before January, unless they are exceptionally overworked, but you should ask Hoffman or PQR if you want a non-layman’s answer/estimation.
