Those are all assumptions not based on any facts . Best you can do is to base your own assumption in what usually happens after oral arguments in high profile cases . You are just increasing your anxiety for no reason . What do you expect to see in 10Q that will change your decision to buy , sell or hold . They don’t have any running business ( compassionate use revenue is not a business model ) . The sole existence of company depends on submission and approval, which they have already told you is highly a likely to happen next week .
It's rare you get a bench ruling. I wouldn't count on it. Especially for a MTD as complex as this one. It will be weeks or months before a ruling. If we get a ruling before end of year I'd be very happy.
I'm confident the MTD will be denied. I think it will happen quickly. Quickly in a legal sense is still weeks or months.
