Why did you leave out that no new panels went to Axitec LLC directly since April 11 2023, when the exclusive distribution between GEP Solar and SPP went in effect April 13, 2023 per SEC documents?

As you can see, the only buyers for GEP listed are GEP NEW ENERGY USA INC and Axitec LLC.

Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On June 13, 2023, Sun Pacific Holding Corp. (the “Company”), through its wholly owned subsidiary, Sun Pacific Power Corp., entered into a 2 year exclusive distribution agreement with GEP New Energy Co. Ltd., a Vietnamese solar panel manufacturing company. Why didn't you also point out that since SPP is an EXCLUSIVE US DISTRIBUTOR of GEP Solar that instead of panels being shipped to SPP that SPP could be distributing GEP Solar Panels though out the US directly from GEP NEW ENERGY USA INC( a subsidiary of GEP Solar)?

Based on what i've been able to read so far on this subject and from drug's reply to your post it seems you may have unintentionally (or not?) left out some vvip information about axitec. Pretty clear their last shipment was before the supposed sunpac deal with gep so there's that. Also i think i read somewhere that gep usa is affiliated with sunpac in some way so that would account for those shipments? I mean the supposed response from gep in drug's reply stating that sunpac is their distributor seems credible enough so unless you got something to counter that it's not gonna be a hard to choose who to believe. I may be a noob but my current job entails collating and analyzing loads of data so take that as you wish.
