You want some facts. Check out the Import/Export data for GEP at the link below.

SNPW claims to have a "deal" with GEP for their solar panels. The export/import data at the link put the kibosh to that.

As you can see, the only buyers for GEP listed are GEP NEW ENERGY USA INC and Axitec LLC.

Good luck to you. But if I were you I would run away from this ticker as fast as I could. It's too late for me as I am already on the hook for several hundred thousand shares.
