Some KOL's (Dr Jean Carruthers, Dr. Sue Ellen Cox among others) have been promoting/studying the idea that using less diluent with the same amount of Toxin increases duration.

My working hypothesis is that Daxi diffuses less. This is consistent w the CD side effects rate and w Soma’s dosing for frontalis (more injection pts). But also w doing more dilution so it spreads farther in a single injection. And note that when it doesn’t spread far enough it will look like less duration - eg the edges of the diffusion will get a very suboptimal dose and will wear off too soon.
