Moon, I truly appreciate what unions have accomplished decades ago in the workplace. As I have stated before, unions have made contributions in the areas of labor safety and perhaps benefits. However, I think their time is past. Primarily because even assembly line jobs have evolved to the point that rarely do you find even two jobs that are exactly alike. I expect that trend to continue. Therefore, how can a union negotiate salaries?
