If unions left individual pay for bilateral negotiation and focused on bulk considerations, like holidays, breaks and the like, they may serve some [purpose. But by going for one size fits all, they have two massive problems to me and others:
1. Stench of socialism. 2. Power derived from the barrel of a gun, otherwise known as a strike.
