NO, collective bargaining is part of the free market. Without a union the workers are at a sad disadvantage bargaining with management. JMO, and I understand your opinion.
Rovlram: in order to win a unionization vote, the workers have to be disgruntled and a majority have to believe that unionizing will help in some mysterious way. I do not believe that the UAW or anybody else can unionist Tesla.
