Open-ended ATMs with zero penalty for non-use. It's there if needed, which is better than needing emergency liquidity and not having it. I highly doubt more shares are tapped anytime soon, but I do presume for the sake of my financial models a 100 million O/S (fully diluted pre-poison pill)
The fun part will be seeing how Anavex reports the pediatric Rett data. Undoubtedly there will be some who try to attack it but I suspect that even Adam Feuerstein doesn't want to get in the crosshairs of trying to kill a drug that helps kids. The data for adults is top-shelf and ready for submission. We'll know within 16 months if Rett gets approved and it's an election year, time always flies by. If it's approved, Anavex never has to worry about money to fund trials again. And it's got a lot of interesting stuff in the pipeline if Sigma1 theory ends up growing legs.
