What shares are being referred to here? Cold it be shares that the company itself owns or does it have to be shares BDPT owns in a company called "Livestock" before the spinoff occurs?

Again, I am asking PB or any shareholder or poster here to find me even one time where the company has said in a PR, a filing, a tweet, an email, or even a Zoom call where the company has MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT LIVESTOCK SHARES BEING GIVEN TO BDPT SHAREHOLDERS.as part of a spinoff. Just ONE TIME. It has been mentioned here endlessly by you and your 'followers' as you liked to put it, as gospel. So please, show me one reference to it besides where you wrote it on this message board. Where YOU STATED IT.

The fact that you won't be able to? Should be all that anyone needs to know about what has gone on here the past few months. Many promises were made, none were true.

Remember the no dilution until December promise? That didn't happen as we just had a 1-A filing for 250 M new shares.

Remember the "this company owns $1.5 Billion in patents" promise? That proved to be 100% wrong. They OWN nothing.

And now, the worst broken promise of all. The "this company is doing a spin off and you will all get lots of free LIVESTOCK shares if you never sell" promise. Well, sad to say that isn't true either. Nothing could be further from the truth. There are no spinoff shares.

So the 3 MAIN things that were said over and over and over by you know who? NONE of that was true.

powerbattles The reason why I risked about 2,000 dollars is this stock is that a stockholders recommended it on another board. He had been very impressed by you and mentioned patents worth 780 million dollars. I bought these shares based on this information and a little dd which was largely your presentation of the company. Then I started acquiring more information. I usually post mostly negative posts to see how well others are able to counter the negative views I present. What you state about new managemement and the importance of marketing are valid points of view in my view but in general I am not optimistic at all about the future of BDPT.
