Right. Regarding the permit:

It's complicated but a simplified version is that previously the COE rubber stamped whatever FBAR approved. So when FBAR was cut out of the process, a quick approval was expected. But, instead, because FBAR was cut out of the approval process, the COE then decided they needed to do more, a lot more, than they normally do. Only this had never been done before, so in a way, it was even worse. Thus our long delay of approval from the COE.

Approval from the COE is not an issue for me other than the fact it has taken so long already. It is not something that I worry we will never get.

The last Corp permit on Juno was valid……

with a state permit. No active state permit meant the Corps permit was not valid. But the state can’t issue a permit for Juno.

The state has the responsibility to oversee things within state waters that the Corp does not.

Since Juno was exempt under the ABA, they should have never let the permits expire.

But they did.

Is there a remedy?

Apparently it’s to just wait. Don’t go anywhere else and locate treasure even though it only takes a weekend.

Nope, just wait.

In the meantime they can keep saying it works even though they really can’t wait to prove to the world that it does.

Just wait.
