Right. Regarding the permit:

It's complicated but a simplified version is that previously the COE rubber stamped whatever FBAR approved. So when FBAR was cut out of the process, a quick approval was expected. But, instead, because FBAR was cut out of the approval process, the COE then decided they needed to do more, a lot more, than they normally do. Only this had never been done before, so in a way, it was even worse. Thus our long delay of approval from the COE.

Approval from the COE is not an issue for me other than the fact it has taken so long already. It is not something that I worry we will never get.
