Sorry D4 you are absolutely correct, I some how had February in mind, probably on the expected trial rescheduling. Thanks for correcting my mistake. I am so starved for news that any negative appearing news just makes me more discouraged. It has been almost four months since our last legal update, with the last one occurring on July 11th. Regarding T-Mobile it is clear they will do anything to get this case thrown out, including making false statements about Hudnell. Good to see you post, it has been awhile! the prophet
