Thanks GBC for your post. I have known about this for awhile and it certainly is not good news. T-Mobile, who is desperate to get out of this lawsuit, filed sanctions against Hudnell for something he did or did not do during Discovery. The sanctions were filed back in February and Hudnell is just now getting around to responding to them? The fact that it took him eight months to formulate a reply, to what I hope is a bullshit motion, I find it very disconcerting. So while all of us have been waiting "patiently" for months for something positive we get this. Not knowing any of the particulars surrounding this allegation we must wait for Albrights ruling in making sure the case is still moving forward unimpeded. As NYT would say, just another monkey wrench in a protracted patent litigation. the prophet
