Correct me if I’m wrong. Dr. Lebby has not said they will become ubiquitous. He has said he hopes they will become ubiquitous. That makes all the difference between the man putting his reputation on the line or not.
His careful phrasing leaves this plausible scenario: they are making important progress but they will not be able to be ubiquitous unless they can prove repeatable scaleability. As long he thinks it is possible to get to repeatable scaleability he can still hope that they will become ubiquitous without being seen as a charlatan.
KCC has agreed with GP that the company has not demonstrated their ability to do that with any of their technologies to date.
