...tho it's likely a bit late for that. Securities violations have already occurred both on Cornerstone_Marketing & his own parts through his associate Jeff's work, well documented activities. Mark knows who he's in bed with & what Cornerstone is about that's why he brought him on...yes a flooring salesman (that knows his way around carpeting) moonlighting as a stock promoter.
Even if no other fraudulent activity had occurred and Mark is ignorant of Jeff's tactics & own activities (pulease), even if the other clearly misleading statements had not been made by the CEO himself, the nature of this stock promotion is illegal, and Cornerstone's promotion & fraudulent activities over these multiple tickers is so openly & brazenly practiced & documented, there is no viable defence once light is shined on it.
If ppl wanna learn more about the CEO & the company side of antics, the history's right there I needn't say more & I don't particularly care. Our focus is on Cornerstone & the goons. MIKP could be exposed - as applicable - as a result of that.
The issue taken is w/Cornerstone as he's done this over multiple tickers. All of the tickers that he's been involved with are going to have a microscope placed on them as a result of any investigation into Jeff himself.
I'm sire Mark has been reading this board. Time will tell even quicker. Especially in today's world. Everyone uses the internet to invest and do DD. The bad stuff gets out quick. Much different story 12 years ago.
