Sent your post to Mark and told Mark if your post is true him (Mark) could be incited for stock fraud along with the person committing the fraud (shorting or whatever)..
Right now the benefit of the doubt goes to Cornerstone and who knows you may be a defendant soon.
Time has a way of revealing the truth. The way things have transpired on this board and in Mark's corner nothing would surprise me.
