I hope you are not taking about my Grandfather. If you are you are mistaken about the true nature of the companies distress. The idea was antiquated for sure but the CEO took advantage at his own gain to make sure the company went belly up. Don't make me expose this or you and everyone in the hierarchy at the time will be exposed.
