401,033,144 XERI outstanding now. 769,395 Series A Preferred Stock as of March 31, 2023, that are convertible to common stock at 1:1000.

1,170,428,144 fully diluted outstanding.

$1 a XERI share would give Xeriant a $1.17 Billion valuation.

I know and understand why and that XERI is not going to be running to $1.00 per share.

How about you? You think XERI $1 is coming, how, and why?
