They probably have several functional PDKs. Lebby's statements indicate that this is true.

Reasons for not announcing it:

1) It is confidential information that concerns a customer.
2) The customer is clearing out older inventory.
3) Our customer is approaching their high profile customers and potential customers and does not want their competitors to know what's going on.

These points are blatantly obvious and there may be others.
