It's my observation. Granted, that rhythm has broken down the last few months. For a good period of time, the ups and downs were very predictable compared to the NAS/Russell movements. I'm not a trader, but ask one and I'm sure they'll confirm.
I'm not having any trouble understanding why the company "can't get any traction". They have work to left to complete.
