Amoxicillin is an older technology than DCVax-l, and yet for infections, amoxicillin is still the number one prescribed antibiotic.

So your first argument is bunk.

DCVax-l purity, release standards and quality control have been improved over the last decade.

The DCVax-l formulation that includes poly-iclc appears to be the superior option for some subtypes. Adding CI to these appears to increase survival further in rGBM.

Future combinations including plx-3395 will likely increase efficacy several fold.

Your idea of virus therapy or sonic therapy seems knee jerk, unscientific and a distraction.

I'm just saying L is not new technology

Seems like no one else have had the stamina to get OS on 331 persons in a P3 trial and then around 500 more in compassionate use care.
Seems like no one else have had the stamina to build out a CDMO certified to manufactore this old technology?
Seems like no one else have had the stamina to be able to scale and automate personalized vaccines at this level?
Seems like no one else have had the stamina to be able to document method of actions and targeting 11.000 antigens?
Seems like no one else have had the stamina to be able to rack up 165 patents for its IP?
Seems like no one else have had the luck of being participating with an old technology in two UCLA combo trials showing extreme efficacy in gbm?
Seems like no one else have had the luck of getting results of this old technology in combo trial published in Nature?

So what the fuck does 20 or 30 year means, if all other competitors either failed along the way or just didn't went all the way, to reach all of the above milestones?

Competitors are years away, no matter how hard and how often you insist on linking to rat or pre-clinical trials or trials awaiting 5-10 years more maturing results and approval data.

Thanks for your daily bullshitting service, We commend you for your stamina bought by Judas coins.

How long did it take to bring pembro from bench to bedside? Also about 20 years. That’s how long it takes paradigm shifts to occur. You keep trying to find holes to poke in when there are fewer and fewer left each passing day. Just move on.

LC - Stay on Rumble, but spread your wings more. At some point, you won't feel a need to ask, but for once, you might become a practitioner of truth telling. Teaching was one of the most noble of professions once, (emphasis added) until special interests highkacked the art. It truly is an art, because people are so dumbed down, that seeing is no longer believing. Worse, you're called out for being a lunatic, at the expense of testing the merits of the truth. If being called a lunatic is the cost I face for sharing my truth, bring it.
You'll find it very fulfilling. You have a lot of karma to shake off. Better now than never.

learningcurve2020,

For the last 20 years, regulators, patent office personnel, Dr.s and big pharma have all been getting schooled. Now Wall Street is getting schooled by NWBO, Cohen and their very patient retail supporters. For them this is all brand new because they just take so long to learn. It just seems that some folks are stuck in time on their Groundhog Day learning curve; ). Best wishes.
