The Scumbag CEO is saying that the "technologies" are "ready". Let me translate that for you.... The idea is ready.... But the reality is still unicorns and rainbows....

Yep, this is terrible news

This is the problem I have with this statement. All he is saying is it's ready for large-scale production. Nowhere does it say they have figured things out and it's a go. Infact if you include the entire quote....

He is confident of the changes they are making will provide for that growth. Still forward looking.

Still in hope mode, but we did learn things were not going well as new protocals and new leadership are being put in place.

Was it incompetence or is something else wrong?

New protocals could mean either.
