Xena has posted much of the T/S data to prove it to be true, and if you watch Level II you can see it for yourself in real-time, it ain't rocket science to know when the manipulation games are being played, Xena has also posted many charts illustrating this too, also these two additional factors may be at play, 1) increased Shorting 2) and I strongly suspect JM has been raising $$ for 2024 production ramp as I have posted here,
1) LWLG had been carrying Cash on hand for about 12 months of Operating Budget for many Quarters 10-Q's in a row
2) the latest 10-Q we saw JM upped the Cash position to about 18 months of Operating Budget, but I strongly believe JM ACTUALLY raised 2024 PRODUCTION RAMP MONIES for the amounts in excess of 12 months Operating Budget
3) Vanguard added almost 25% to their positions in the latest QUARTER, Blackrock increased around a million shares in the QUARTER as well, combined the two powerhouses own about 15% now, and combined all Institutions in the QUARTER went from 26 million shares to 32 million shares!!
4) I believe the current selling that investors are seeing here is at least partially driven by JM raising additional monies to the coffer for the IMPENDING 2024 PRODUCTION RAMP and would not be surprised to see Cash at 24 months of Operating Budget in the next 10-Q!!
